Capability

Replace attendance metrics with defensible readiness evidence.

Map roles to competencies, connect learning and exercise evidence, track freshness and support human decisions about development priorities and mission assignment.

Human decisions remain human

AI recommendations and platform scores support authorized human decisions. They do not independently determine promotion, discipline, certification or deployment.

Mission problems

What this capability addresses.

  • Completion records exist but say nothing about operational competence
  • Competency evidence expires without anyone noticing
  • Role requirements are not mapped to observable behaviour
  • Readiness reporting cannot be traced back to an assessment
  • Workforce planning and training investment are disconnected from mission need

Capability modules

What is included.

Modules are composable. A pathway combines the ones a role actually needs.

  • Versioned role and competency profiles
  • Organizational, NICE, relevant SKKNI and custom framework mappings
  • Prerequisites, equivalencies, expiry and recertification
  • Knowledge, practical, team and leadership assessments
  • Human assessor observation and adjudication
  • Evidence freshness and proficiency rules
  • Individual, team, cohort and organizational views
  • Credential and certification-partner integration

End-to-end workflow

How the work flows.

  1. 01Role requirement
  2. 02Task
  3. 03Observed action
  4. 04Evidence
  5. 05Assessment
  6. 06Readiness status

In sequence: A role requirement decomposes into tasks, which produce observed actions during learning and exercises. Those actions become evidence, evidence is assessed against a versioned rubric, and the assessment supports a readiness status that can always be traced back to its source.

Representative scenario

One scenario, end to end.

A cohort completes a role pathway. Readiness is calculated only from approved rules, and every contributing piece of evidence, its assessor and its framework version remain inspectable.

Evidence produced

  • Role requirement and its version
  • Observed actions from learning and exercise activity
  • Evidence artifacts with acquisition metadata
  • Assessor observations, adjustments and rationale
  • Calculation version used to derive proficiency

Evidence and metrics

What you can measure.

These are the operational measures the platform produces. Baselines and targets are set with each organization during a pilot rather than claimed in advance.

  • Median time-to-competency by role
  • Percentage of personnel ready for an assigned role
  • Critical capability gaps and readiness trend
  • Evidence freshness: current, stale and missing

Safety and trust

Explainable by construction.

  • Proficiency is calculated only from approved rules, with contributing evidence exposed

  • Expiring, missing and stale evidence is shown separately from current competence

  • Assessor adjustments preserve the original automated result and rationale

  • Research and analytics datasets are de-identified and approved before release
