01Website scope

These terms apply to this public product-profile website only. They do not govern any authenticated CLIP deployment, which is subject to a separate agreement between the operating organization and its users.

02Acceptable use

When using this website you must not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account or data.
  • Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of this website or its infrastructure.
  • Interfere with its availability or integrity for other users.
  • Submit unlawful, harmful or deliberately misleading content.

03No authorization for offensive activity

Nothing on this website constitutes authorization to conduct security testing, adversary emulation or any other offensive activity against this website, its infrastructure, or any system belonging to any organization.

CLIP is designed so that such activity happens only inside isolated training environments, against declared targets, under approved Rules of Engagement. That authorization comes from a sponsoring organization, never from a public web page.

04Intellectual property

Ownership of the content, brand assets and design system on this website must be stated here once the operating organization and its rights are confirmed.

05Third-party and open-source references

References to open-source projects and third-party products are descriptive. They do not imply endorsement, partnership, integration or approval by those projects, nor by CLIP. Each component remains subject to its own licence.

06Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Placeholder. Warranty disclaimers and any limitation of liability must be drafted by qualified counsel for the governing jurisdiction before publication.

07Governing law

Placeholder. The governing law and dispute-resolution forum must be confirmed by the operating organization before publication.

08Contact

A verified contact route for questions about these terms must be added before publication.
