CLIP is designed so that such activity happens only inside isolated training environments, against declared targets, under approved Rules of Engagement. That authorization comes from a sponsoring organization, never from a public web page.

References to open-source projects and third-party products are descriptive. They do not imply endorsement, partnership, integration or approval by those projects, nor by CLIP. Each component remains subject to its own licence.
