Training & Certification

Deliver practical assessments with evidence that can be independently reviewed.

Combine structured learning, controlled practical environments, versioned rubrics, assessor observations, integrity-protected evidence and credential workflows.

Illustrative view
  • Practical assessments that another assessor can reproduce from evidence
  • Versioned rubrics with a full adjudication history
  • Integrity-protected evidence suitable for independent review
  • Credential workflows that state exactly what each credential means

Platform badges are not regulated certification

Platform-issued completion or skill badges are not automatically equivalent to BNSP or another regulated competency certification. Formal certification requires an authorized certification arrangement.

Mission challenges

What makes this sector different.

  • Practical assessment consistency between assessors and cohorts
  • Identity and proctoring integration
  • Reproducible scoring and adjudication
  • Evidence retention and privacy obligations
  • Framework mapping and assessor competence
  • Clear separation between completion badges and regulated certification

Representative exercise

One scenario your teams would actually run.

A practical assessment in which each candidate receives an isolated environment, an assessor records observations against a versioned rubric, and the resulting evidence package can be verified independently of the platform.

Illustrative scenario. Any organizations, systems and data referenced are synthetic.

Deployment and governance

Sector-specific considerations.

  • Credentials distinguish attendance, completion, skill badge, platform assessment and regulated certification
  • Assessor adjustments preserve the original automated result and rationale
  • Evidence retention, legal hold and destruction are policy-driven and auditable
  • Separation of duties between authoring, assessment and credential issuance

Stakeholder value

What each role gets from it.

  • Scheme ownerDefensible, reproducible practical assessment
  • AssessorStructured observation with a clear adjudication record
  • CandidateTransparent criteria and a portable evidence record
  • AuditorIndependently verifiable evidence packages

Suggested adoption

A phased path rather than a platform rollout.

  1. 01ProveOne practical assessment with a versioned rubric and evidence export.
  2. 02EstablishAssessor workflow, proctoring integration and retention policy.
  3. 03ScaleCertification-partner integration under an authorized arrangement.

In sequence: Prove: One practical assessment with a versioned rubric and evidence export. Establish: Assessor workflow, proctoring integration and retention policy. Scale: Certification-partner integration under an authorized arrangement.
